Refund Policy

1. Scope

The current OmniaPixels Play candidate does not include active in-app purchases, premium membership, or rewarded-ad entitlements. This policy records how refund and entitlement requests will be handled if paid rights ship later.

2. Google Play payments

No Google Play Billing flow is active in the current candidate. If paid entitlements ship later, payments are managed through Google Play; refund, cancellation, and entitlement recovery requests are reviewed with the Play account and order records.

3. Premium model

The current editing and export flow is not paywalled; ads or purchases are not required to open, edit, or export existing work. If paid rights ship later, price, duration, and scope are shown before purchase.

4. Support requests

After a future paid feature is released, contact billing@omniacreata.com with your account email and Google Play order ID if you believe a payment was made in error or a technical issue prevented access.

5. Used digital rights

This section applies to future paid digital rights. Published and used digital rights are generally not refundable, but verified technical failures or legally required refund cases may be reviewed separately.

6. Rewarded ads and in-app entitlements

The current candidate has no active rewarded-ad unlocks. If rewarded-ad rights ship later, this policy, the privacy policy, Play Data Safety, and ads declarations are updated in the same release.

7. How to request support

Send the account email, Play order ID if one exists, payment date, and reason for the request to billing@omniacreata.com.
