OmniaPixels
Terms of Use
These terms cover using OmniaPixels for personal and lawful commercial creative work. This version has no in-app purchases, subscription or paid plan. Accepting the terms is separate from reading the privacy notice and from optional data choices. Your mandatory consumer rights are protected.

Agreement, provider and scope
These terms concern OmniaPixels, offered under the OmniaCreata brand. They do not grant rights to other OmniaCreata products or replace the terms of Google Play or another service you choose to use.
Before first use or a material terms update, the app asks for an affirmative acceptance of the displayed revision. You can read the documents before deciding. If you decline, the editor remains unavailable and you can reconsider or leave the app. Declining does not by itself delete your photos or previous work. A checkbox acknowledging privacy information is not acceptance of unrelated data collection.
Who may use the app
You must have the legal capacity or valid authorization required to use the app and enter these terms where you live. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. A parent or guardian's involvement must satisfy the applicable law; this app does not verify guardianship or provide a parental-consent service.
Follow the age and access requirements that apply where you live. Availability in an app store or a content rating does not replace legally required parental permission or authorization to enter an agreement.
Permission to use the app
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may install and use an authorized copy of OmniaPixels on your device for personal or commercial creative work. This is a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the app; it is not a transfer of ownership in the application, its branding or third-party components.
Commercial editing does not by itself require a separate OmniaPixels subscription in this free beta. You remain responsible for rights in your inputs and the intended use of outputs. Permission to use the editor is not a warranty that an image, face, trademark, font or other element is cleared for advertising, resale or any specific market.
Your content and outputs
You keep your rights in the photos and other content you bring to the app. OmniaCreata does not acquire ownership of your original photos or a general right to publish, sell or train models on them merely because you edit them locally. No broad public-content license is needed for the local editing described here.
Have the copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual and other permissions needed for the way you use and share content, including images of other people. Do not treat possession of a file as proof of those rights. Local processing does not exempt a commercial use from applicable requirements.
The app does not promise that every output is copyright-protected, unique, non-infringing or eligible for exclusive rights. Those questions depend on the content, human contribution and applicable law. Check sensitive or commercially important work before relying on it.
Lawful and responsible use
Do not use the app for unlawful exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation or deceptive material that violates another person's rights. Do not distribute malware, unlawfully interfere with the app's security, or misrepresent modified evidence as an authentic original. This is not an exhaustive statement of every local restriction.
This limitation does not prohibit actions that applicable law expressly permits, including protected interoperability, research or other non-waivable rights. Security concerns can be reported privately through the support contact without including someone else's private media or unnecessary personal data.
AI assistance and output review
Restoration, enlargement, masking and other automated edits can invent, remove or alter detail, including faces, text and boundaries. They are creative tools, not a guarantee of recovering historical truth or an unchanged identity. Results, speed and the quality levels on offer depend on the photo you start from and on your device. Phones with less memory or without a processor suited to AI get simpler or slower processing, and higher quality levels may not be available on them; the app shows which levels your phone supports.
Review the output before publication or reliance, especially for identification, evidence, professional decisions or safety-sensitive uses. Keep an independent original and backup. No statement here removes statutory guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Free beta and availability
This version is offered for testing without in-app charges, subscriptions or automatic renewals. Beta status means features can contain defects, device limitations and incomplete behavior; it does not mean that the user has no legal rights. No future feature, release date or permanent free service is purchased by accepting these terms.
Updates may be needed for security or compatibility. A feature can be limited or withdrawn where reasonably necessary, subject to mandatory notice, conformity and remedy obligations. We do not use a general change clause to remove accrued rights or retroactively impose charges.
Your device, saving and backups
You control your device and available storage. A process can be interrupted by low memory, operating-system restrictions, overheating, lost media access or insufficient space. The app should communicate a real failure; an on-screen preview does not by itself prove that an export was saved.
Before deleting source media, clearing app data, uninstalling or changing devices, verify any important export through your gallery or chosen destination. Unfinished local work may be lost during those actions. We cannot recover local-only files that were never received by us; this does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on the provider.
Third-party components and services
Open-source software, fonts and AI components have their own license terms and notices. Those terms govern rights granted by their authors. These app terms do not restrict rights those licenses give you. You can read the included notices under Open-source licenses in Settings.
Permission to use an editor does not license you to redistribute a third-party model or font under the OmniaCreata name. Google Play, your mail app, sharing recipients and other services you choose have their own terms. We do not imply that their trademarks endorse OmniaPixels.
Privacy and separate choices
The Privacy Policy explains actual processing. Reading or acknowledging that information is not a blanket authorization for marketing, advertising, analytics or international transfers. Optional purposes require the choice and legal arrangements applicable to them.
You can use core local editing with every remote choice off. Crash and error reports, usage measurement and performance measurement are off by default. You may enable them using Error and usage reports in Settings and withdraw permission there at any time. Accepting these terms does not enable data sharing. System permissions, the local automatic compatibility test and an email you decide to send have separate controls and consequences.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
This version does not sell digital products, take card details or renew a paid plan. There is no OmniaPixels in-app subscription to cancel in this version. The Refund and cancellation document explains mistaken charges and the limits of this statement.
Paid features cannot be introduced by retroactively treating this acceptance as a purchase. Any future sale requires clear pre-purchase information, price and renewal disclosure where relevant, valid purchase authorization and the refund/withdrawal rules that apply to the actual transaction.
Responsibilities and mandatory safeguards
We do not promise that every beta feature is uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no additional voluntary warranty is made beyond explicit commitments. This statement does not replace or waive statutory conformity obligations, consumer guarantees or remedies.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence or harm where local law protects it. We do not impose a zero-value liability cap merely because the beta is free, nor require consumers to waive all claims or indemnify every loss.
For business users, responsibilities still depend on applicable law, the actual agreement and causation. You remain responsible for your own unlawful conduct and rights in content; that does not transfer every provider obligation to you.
Ending use and changing terms
You may stop using or uninstall the app. This ends future use; it does not automatically erase support correspondence, delete exports held elsewhere, cancel a separately purchased service or extinguish rights and obligations that must continue by law.
A material change to these terms is presented with its new revision for a new acceptance. Declining leaves the app at the legal decision screen without authorizing deletion of your previous work. Privacy changes and optional collection are handled separately. We do not rely on silence or an unrelated switch as acceptance of material new terms.
Questions, disputes and local law
Contact support@omniacreata.com to describe a product or contractual problem. Give enough information to identify the issue without unnecessary sensitive data. Seeking informal help does not require you to surrender a statutory claim, time limit, consumer body, regulator or competent court.
These terms do not require you to use a foreign court exclusively, submit to mandatory private arbitration or waive a right to participate in a collective claim. Mandatory protections and the rights to seek a remedy available where you habitually live remain unaffected.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful without rewriting the invalid clause to unfairly disadvantage you. A translation is not declared inferior where local law requires a particular language version or choice procedure.
