Scope and responsible operator
This notice explains how omniacreata.com handles visits, language preferences and contact requests. OmniaPixels, Studio, Google Play and other linked services have separate privacy notices. Introducing a product on this site does not mean the site receives the photos or other information processed in that product.
OmniaCreata is the brand presented on this site. For privacy questions and requests, write to privacy@omniacreata.com. For other inquiries, use hello@omniacreata.com.
Website visits and technical information
When you visit the site, hosting and security services may receive your IP address, the time and address of your request, browser information and response details. This information helps deliver the page, keep the site available and investigate problems. It is separate from photo editing on your device.
The site does not use advertising or visitor analytics. Hosting and security services may still keep access or security records.
Information you send us
When available, the contact form asks for a name, email address, subject or area of interest, and message. Company or organization is optional. The delivery record adds the source omniacreata.com and the time received. Product, platform or inquiry selections in a contact link may prefill the subject or message; review them before sending. If the form is unavailable, the contact page offers direct email instead.
Direct email also shares the sender address, message, email headers and any attachments you choose to include with the email services involved. Please avoid passwords, payment card details, identity documents, private photos and other unnecessary sensitive information. The site has no public comment feed and does not automatically publish your inquiry.
Purposes and applicable legal grounds
We use your contact details and message to understand and answer your request, provide the support you ask for and keep related correspondence. The language preference remembers your chosen language. Security information helps prevent abuse, maintain availability and investigate failures.
Where the applicable law requires a legal basis, this depends on the request and purpose. It may be taking steps you request before a contract, performing a contract, meeting a legal obligation, or legitimate interests in answering inquiries and protecting the service, subject to your rights. Where consent is required for an optional purpose, you can choose whether to give it and later withdraw it. Sending a message is not consent to marketing or unrelated profiling.
Contact delivery and abuse prevention
When you send a contact form, your contact details, message, the site name and the time received are passed to the service that delivers the message. If the form is unavailable, you can use the email option on the contact page.
When active, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form to help prevent automated abuse. It receives technical browser information and your IP address. Its privacy notice explains how Cloudflare handles this information. If the security check cannot finish, the message may not be sent.
To limit repeated requests, the site counts requests from an IP address in ten-minute periods. Expired entries are removed when later requests are processed. Other hosting or security records can have different retention periods.
Recipients, disclosure and marketing
Your information may be available to the person handling your request and to providers of hosting, security, message delivery and email services, as needed to provide those services. This site is hosted on Netlify. We use Google Workspace (Gmail) for email inquiries, including support and privacy correspondence.
We do not sell personal information or use this site for targeted advertising. Sending a message does not sign you up for a newsletter or marketing list.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, necessary to address fraud or a security incident, or needed to establish or defend legal rights. Any disclosure remains subject to applicable safeguards and the rights of the people concerned.
International processing
Hosting, security, message delivery and email services may process information outside your country. The protection available in another country may differ from the protection where you live.
International processing remains subject to any safeguards required by the law that applies to your information. Reading this notice does not waive those safeguards. You can ask privacy@omniacreata.com about recipients, processing locations and the safeguards relevant to your information.
Retention and deletion
The language cookie lasts up to 365 days; the form request counter uses the ten-minute window explained above. Contact correspondence may be retained for as long as needed to answer your request, provide the support you asked for, resolve a dispute or meet a legal recordkeeping duty.
Retention can differ between messages, security records and backups. A legal duty or an ongoing claim may require some information to be kept after a deletion request. You can ask which information is held about you, why it is needed and whether it can be deleted.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to learn whether your information is processed, obtain a copy, correct it, ask for deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and learn about recipients. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Some laws also give a right to appeal a request decision. Legal exceptions and other people’s rights may limit a request.
Write to privacy@omniacreata.com with the service involved and the request you want to make. We may need limited information to find the relevant records and confirm that you are entitled to make the request. Do not send a passport or full identity document in your first message. A person acting for you may need to show their authority.
The response deadline depends on the law and the type of request. If a request cannot be fulfilled or a lawful extension is needed, you are entitled to the explanation and next steps required by that law. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. You may also contact the competent privacy authority without giving up other remedies.
Regional safeguards
The privacy rights available to you depend on where you live, the information involved and whether the relevant law applies to the service. Choosing a language on this site does not reduce any mandatory local protection.
Applicable protections may include those under Turkish data protection law, the EU or UK GDPR, Brazil’s LGPD, Canadian and Québec privacy laws, Japan’s APPI, South Korea’s PIPA and relevant US or Australian privacy laws. These can provide additional information, consent, request or complaint rights. Contact privacy@omniacreata.com to ask about a right or the authority relevant to your situation.
Children and younger visitors
This site offers product information and contact options. OmniaPixels is not directed to children. The site does not provide children’s accounts. If you are a parent or guardian with a question about a child’s information, contact privacy@omniacreata.com.
Do not send a child’s private photos or unnecessary identifying information in a message. If you believe a child’s information was sent without the required permission, ask us to review it and explain the action you want taken. Any applicable parental-consent and child-protection rights remain available.
Security and external links
We use checks to help protect contact messages against misuse, including checking requests and limiting repeated submissions. No internet service can promise absolute security. Any required notice about a personal-information incident is governed by the law that applies to it.
Social networks, stores and other linked services have their own accounts, storage and privacy practices. Check the destination before sharing information.
Changes and contact
The date at the top shows when this notice was last updated. If information is used for a materially different purpose, the relevant information and any choice required by law must be provided before that use begins. A later change to this notice does not count as permission you previously gave.
For a question, identify the website or product involved and describe what you need. If the question concerns OmniaPixels, include your app version so the answer can address the version you use.
