Refunds and Cancellation
This version of OmniaPixels is free, with no paid subscription or in-app purchase. There is no recurring OmniaPixels charge to cancel. If you see a charge, check the actual seller and product. Your mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

What is free now
Installing and using this version does not start an OmniaPixels paid plan. Accepting the Terms of Use, acknowledging the Privacy Policy, enabling a local device test or asking for support is not purchase authorization. The app does not take your card information.
This statement is specific to the version containing this document. It does not describe a separate OmniaCreata product, a third-party service, your data plan or any transaction outside this app.
Leaving the beta
You can stop testing or uninstall. Export important local work first because uninstalling or clearing app data can erase unfinished work and preferences. Leaving a test programme and uninstalling are different actions; use the distribution platform's available controls if you also want to leave its tester list.
No cancellation fee is charged by this version. Uninstalling an app would not by itself cancel a separately purchased subscription from another service.
An unexpected charge
Check the receipt's product name, merchant, purchase account and date. If it appears to concern OmniaPixels, contact support with the transaction reference and a short explanation. Redact unrelated purchases and financial details; do not send a card number, account password or security code.
For a Google Play transaction, use Google's purchase history and refund/help process. Eligibility and routing vary with product, elapsed time and country. This policy does not promise a universal approval, a fixed refund deadline or that OmniaCreata can reverse every platform charge.
Before any future paid offer
If a paid offer becomes available, its seller, price and applicable taxes, duration, renewal frequency, cancellation method and delivery conditions will be shown before you purchase. A renewing subscription will be clearly identified. Any legally required separate choice about immediate delivery of digital content and withdrawal rights will be presented at that time.
Accepting the free version does not authorize a future payment. A later purchase requires your separate decision and is covered by the information shown for that offer.
Consumer rights remain
Nothing here says that all digital purchases are non-refundable or that a free beta eliminates legal remedies. Applicable rights relating to misdescription, non-conformity, faulty service, unauthorized charges or withdrawal remain available where their conditions are met.
A local exception to a cooling-off right for supplied digital content is not a waiver of every other consumer right. Some laws also protect digital services supplied in exchange for personal data rather than money. Applicable law determines the facts and remedy.
Help with a request
Write to support@omniacreata.com with the product and issue. We may need proportionate purchase information to identify a genuine transaction, but never your login password or full payment credentials. Asking for help does not prevent you from contacting the store, bank, consumer authority or competent court where appropriate.
Do not include a full card number, security code, password or unrelated identity document in a payment question. A receipt or order reference with unnecessary personal information removed is normally a safer starting point.
