OmniaPixels
Privacy Policy
OmniaPixels edits your selected photos on your device. Crash and error reports, which tools and controls you use and how long steps take are sent only if you enable Error and usage reports in Settings to help improve the app; they contain no photos, file names or typed text, and one switch in Settings turns them off at any time. You choose whether to share an image or send feedback. Feedback drafts stay on your device until you send them. Remote configuration (Remote Config) is fetched only while that same switch is on. Editions with advertising use Google ads and separate advertising privacy choices. QA editions show demo ads that generate no revenue. Photos are not sent to advertising services.

Scope and version
This notice concerns the OmniaPixels Android app distributed under the OmniaCreata brand and the processing described below. It does not replace the privacy notice for omniacreata.com, an email provider, Google Play, your gallery or another app to which you send an image.
This notice describes the version of OmniaPixels in which it appears. Updating the app does not erase information you previously sent through an earlier version or an external service. For questions about an earlier interaction, contact us at the privacy address below.
Who is responsible and how to contact us
OmniaPixels is offered under the OmniaCreata brand. You can use the contacts below for questions about your personal information or for help with the app.
Privacy and personal-data requests are directed to privacy@omniacreata.com. Product help is directed to support@omniacreata.com. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, identification documents or private photos unless they are necessary for an agreed, specific support request. A privacy request does not require a purchase or a public social-media post.
Photos and edits
When you select an image, the app reads the selected media and information needed to decode, display, orient and edit it. This may include the image's size, format, orientation, source reference and embedded metadata. We do not ask you to supply your entire photo library to a remote editing service.
Editing, collage, batch operations and available on-device AI run locally. Photos are not uploaded to an OmniaCreata or AI-provider server for these operations. The app may create working copies, previews, masks and saved results in local storage. Export normally creates a new copy rather than replacing the original.
An export is not a guarantee that all embedded metadata has been removed. Check the output before public sharing if location, people or other details are sensitive. Face detection/restoration in a tool is used to edit the selected image, not to identify you against an identity database; edits may still involve sensitive content you choose.
Local work, preferences and records
The app stores settings such as language and export choices, Work Center records, local previews/results, device capability information and preference records needed to restore your chosen experience. Legal records include document revisions, acceptance/acknowledgment state, time and app version. These records are stored in the app's local area; this is not an online account.
Local records persist until the relevant work or data is removed, app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled, subject to Android behavior. Temporary material may be removed earlier during normal cleanup. Exported gallery files are separate from private app storage. Clearing the app does not instruct a gallery, backup service or recipient to delete its copies.
The Android app disables its normal app-data backup mechanisms. This is not a guarantee about device-manufacturer migration, rooted devices, screenshots or backup of exported media by other software.
Android permissions and denial
System photo selection lets you choose media for a task. Some Android versions or media flows may show a limited-media access permission. Grant only the access you want. Denial or later revocation can prevent importing or reopening that media; it is not permission to collect analytics.
Saving on older Android versions can require storage permission. A notification permission supports progress information for a task running in the background. Refusing notifications does not authorize data transfer and is separate from selecting a photo. Android may still show system task information or limit background work.
Internet capability is not a statement that your photos are uploaded: app distribution, model delivery through Google Play, opening external links and your selected external services can involve a connection. Manage permissions in Android's app settings. The app cannot override a refusal.
Local diagnostics and device tests
Diagnostic records kept on your device help explain what happened during an operation. They can include the time, screen or tool, result, duration, error type and technical device information. The optional automatic AI compatibility test uses a neutral image created by the app, not a private gallery photo. It checks how the device handles the operation, including memory use and temperature-related limits.
The app keeps up to 24 recent operation records locally, with an operation label, a safe error code, duration, time and the app build that recorded them. It excludes photo contents, file paths and arbitrary error messages from this saved history. Records older than 7 days are removed when the history is next loaded or updated. Clear in Diagnostics removes the saved operation history; it does not delete photos or work saved in Work Center.
These local records and test results are not sent as such. Automatic crash and error reports are a separate feature described in the next section. Turning off automatic compatibility testing stops automatic tests; a test you start yourself still runs at your request. Changing a local setting does not delete support email you already sent.
Remote analytics, crash and performance services
Crash and error reports are off by default and are sent only after you enable Error and usage reports in Settings, through Firebase Crashlytics, a service of Google LLC. A report is created when the app crashes or records a handled error. It contains the technical location of the failure inside the app (a stack trace), the app version, the device model and Android version, the device state at that moment (free memory and storage, battery level, orientation), the time of the event, short fixed step labels the app leaves beforehand (screen or tool names) and a random installation identifier that Crashlytics creates for this installation. Reports never contain your photos, file names, file paths or free-form error text; the app replaces error messages with fixed technical codes before anything is sent. Google processes these reports on our behalf, on servers that may be outside your country, under Google's data processing terms, and Crashlytics deletes them automatically after 90 days.
We request your permission through the optional Error and usage reports switch in Settings. Reading or acknowledging this notice does not enable reporting. You can withdraw permission at any time with that switch. Turning it off stops new reports immediately and discards reports still waiting on your device; it does not erase reports already received, which expire under the retention period above. Reports are not linked to your name, an account or your photos, so we generally cannot single out one person's reports; you may still ask the privacy contact about them.
Usage measurement (Google Analytics for Firebase) and performance measurement (Firebase Performance Monitoring), both services of Google LLC, are off by default and require you to enable Error and usage reports in Settings. Usage measurement records which screens you open; which tools you start, finish or cancel; whether a result is saved or shared and in which format; how long a step took as a range such as "3 to 10 seconds"; a fixed technical code when a step fails; the size range of the photo a tool works on (for example "2,000 to 4,000 pixels"); the quality level you chose (Fast, Balanced or Quality); and which part of the phone did the work (main processor, graphics processor or AI accelerator). It also records which of the app's controls you use, by a fixed name such as Compare, Zoom, a quality level, a level's tip or the Old photo switch, never what you typed or which photo was open; the step at which you leave a tool (for example before starting it, or after a result you did not save) and how long you were on it as a range; which steps of the guided tour you complete or skip; and when the phone reports that its memory is running low. Performance measurement records the duration of app start-up, previews, tool runs and exports. Both are accompanied by the app version, device model, Android version, app language, a device class (constrained, balanced or performance) and a random app-instance identifier that Firebase creates for this installation. The advertising ID is never read and no account, name, email address or precise location is involved. Photos, file names, file paths, album names and typed text are never part of these records: the app checks every event and value against a fixed list before anything is sent. Google processes this data on our behalf, on servers that may be outside your country, under Google's data processing terms. Event-level usage data is deleted after 2 months and aggregated reports after 14 months; performance data is deleted after 90 days.
Error reports, usage measurement and performance measurement are optional and off by default. The Error and usage reports switch in Settings enables these purposes together with your permission; accepting this notice or the terms does not enable them. You can edit photos with sharing off. Turning the switch off stops all three immediately, discards records still waiting on your device and resets the app-instance identifier; data already received expires under the retention periods above. Agreeing to measurement is not agreeing to advertising. Advertising choices in editions with ads are separate, as described below.
The app also receives remote configuration through Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC). It lets us temporarily turn off a tool that misbehaves on devices without waiting for an update, or open a new tool to a share of users first. The request sends Google the random installation ID Firebase creates for this install, the app version and the device's language and operating system version; it carries no photos, file names or usage records. Which users see a tool is decided by a random number generated and kept only on your device. These requests are made only while Error and usage reports is on; with the switch off, the app runs on its built-in defaults and every tool stays available. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the app stable for this.
Advertising and your choices
Editions with advertising use Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. Editions with ads disabled do not request or show ads. OmniaPixels QA uses Google demo ad units marked Test Ad; these are test advertisements and do not generate advertising revenue. Seeing a demo ad is not a statement that the Play edition has earning ads enabled.
Ad requests can send Google an IP address, which can indicate an approximate location, device and app identifiers, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information and advertising privacy choices. Google can also use storage on your device for advertising and consent. OmniaPixels removes permission to access the Android advertising ID; that does not prevent other identifiers, IP addresses or ad diagnostics. Photos, photo contents, file names, file paths, album names and text you enter in the editor are not sent by OmniaPixels to advertising services.
Google User Messaging Platform checks the applicable consent requirements before ads are requested. Where required, a consent form is shown and Privacy options in Settings lets you review or change your advertising choices. Reporting choices in Settings do not replace advertising choices. Declining personalized advertising does not by itself mean that all advertising network requests stop; limited ads may still be available where permitted. You can continue editing photos without consenting to personalized ads.
Google processes advertising and consent information under its privacy policies and applicable advertising terms, including on servers outside your country. Retention depends on the type of information and Google service; it is not the same as the optional Firebase reporting periods above. Use the links below to review Google’s advertising data practices and privacy controls. You can also contact our privacy address with a question or rights request.
Support and feedback you send
The Feedback form keeps one draft or pending report in private app storage. Opening the form or restarting the app does not send it. When direct delivery is available and you tap Send, your message and category, app version/build, screen/tool, whether a photo is open, language, platform and timestamp are sent to OmniaCreata. No photo, photo path, photo metadata or account email is attached automatically. Please include only information relevant to your request in the message you write.
Diagnostic records are optional and off for a new message. If you choose to include them, up to the last four retained records are attached: operation labels, durations, success/failure status, allowlisted error codes, original app builds and timestamps. These records do not contain photos, file paths, arbitrary exception text or a full diagnostic archive. Your choice is frozen with that report, so retrying it does not add later records.
Direct delivery uses Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and App Check with Play Integrity. It creates an anonymous installation account for submission access and duplicate/rate controls; you do not need to sign in or provide an email address. The receiving service processes this identifier with the report and receipt. Authentication and integrity services also handle the connection and app/device verification information needed for these requests. This does not enable automatic analytics, crash or performance reporting. The app confirms receipt only after reading the same report back from the server. A failed or uncertain attempt stays on your device for an explicit retry; reopening the app does not retry it automatically.
After verified delivery, the local message and attached diagnostic snapshot are replaced by the receipt. The remote copy is not removed by clearing app data. There is no automatic scheduled deletion of received reports in this version. Use privacy@omniacreata.com with the receipt reference to ask about access or deletion; a request can be subject to an applicable legal retention duty.
If direct delivery is unavailable, Open in mail app prepares an email instead. Choosing this action is required; a failed direct attempt does not send an email automatically. The email draft can contain your note and category, app version/build, screen/tool, whether a photo is open, advertising setting, language, platform and timestamp. It does not automatically attach a photo or diagnostic records. You can review and change the draft before sending. Closing or cancelling it does not send it to OmniaCreata.
If you send it, your email provider and our support mailbox process the message, sender/reply address and ordinary mail headers. We use Google Workspace (Gmail) for support and privacy correspondence. Attachments you choose to add can contain private media and metadata. We use the information to understand and respond to the request, investigate the reported problem and maintain necessary correspondence, not to train a photo model from your images.
You can ask about the recipients, international handling or retention of your support correspondence through the privacy contact. Deleting a message from your own email app does not delete the recipient's copy. A request to delete correspondence is considered together with any legal duty to retain it.
Purposes and applicable legal grounds
The app accesses and processes selected media to carry out the editing, saving and preferences you request. Android permissions control access on your device. They do not give permission for unrelated data collection or waive safeguards for international transfers.
Responding to a product-support request is carried out to handle the requested service or steps you request before entering a service relationship. Separate security/abuse handling or retention needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims must be limited to the applicable legal ground for that purpose. A specific legal obligation is relied upon only where one actually applies. No optional marketing or telemetry consent is inferred from asking for help.
You may ask which legal basis applies to a particular use of your personal information. Your rights depend on the activity and the law that applies to it; the regional information below explains these differences.
Providers and international processing
Local photo editing does not by itself transfer your selected image abroad. Sending email, visiting a website or using a distribution platform can involve providers and facilities in other countries. Your action is not a blanket waiver of applicable transfer safeguards.
Safeguards for international transfers depend on the countries and services involved and on the law that applies to your information. You may ask the privacy contact for details about recipients and safeguards relevant to information you sent to us.
Retention and deletion
For local work, remove the relevant item in Work Center where that action is available. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling can erase unfinished work, local results, preferences and acceptance records. Export important work first. These actions do not erase original photos or gallery exports unless you separately remove them through the relevant service.
For information received in support, ask the privacy contact about the records and deletion you need. Information must not be retained indefinitely merely because storage is available. A necessary, proportionate legal hold or unresolved dispute may justify keeping specific records while that need continues; unrelated material should not be retained under a blanket exception.
A request concerning an older version's remote analytics or crash data is separate from local deletion. Do not send extra identity or device data merely to make anonymous local activity identifiable. We may be unable to locate a record if we never received it or cannot reasonably associate it with you.
Your rights and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may request information about processing, access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and review of a denied request. These rights have conditions and exceptions; they are not identical in every country. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority without having to waive other rights.
Write to the privacy contact with the nature of your request and the relevant interaction, such as a support email. We may request proportionate information to verify authority or locate a record; we should not collect excessive identification. A legally authorized representative can act where the applicable procedure permits it. Responses, any justified extension and any permitted fee follow applicable law, not a universal promise of one deadline for every request.
Exercising applicable rights or declining optional collection does not justify retaliatory treatment. More specific regional information appears in Regional privacy and consumer rights. No automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects about you is offered by these local editing tools.
Children and legal capacity
OmniaPixels is not directed to children.
If you are a parent or guardian, check the app's store listing and supervise use as needed. A store content rating describes content; it does not replace any permission required by law for a child to use a service or provide personal information.
Do not send a child's private photo or identifying details unnecessarily in support mail. If you believe we received a child's personal information without legally required parental authorization, contact the privacy address so the situation can be assessed and appropriate action taken. The app has no online child account or parental-consent service.
Security and changes to this notice
Local processing reduces some exposure but cannot protect a lost, compromised or shared device by itself. Protect your device, review sharing destinations and keep recoverable originals. No system is risk-free. If an incident involving your personal information requires a notification under applicable law, that notification will be provided.
If the way your information is used changes materially, this notice will be updated before the new use begins. Reading an updated notice does not grant permission for a new optional purpose. The app records which notice you read separately from your acceptance of the Terms of Use. You can reopen these documents without internet access. Your mandatory rights and legally protected language choices still apply.
