What this notice covers
This page helps you find the right contact for a payment question. omniacreata.com provides product information and contact options; it does not take payments, save payment methods or manage subscriptions. Asking for information or following a download link does not place a paid order.
If you made a purchase elsewhere, check the product, seller and sales channel shown on your receipt. The refund route depends on that transaction.
Free apps and closed testing
A free download or free closed test has no purchase amount to refund. You can still report a problem, make a privacy request and exercise any other applicable legal right.
Calling a service a test does not remove any consumer protection that applies to it. Check the product and offer concerned. OmniaPixels has its own refund and cancellation information.
Purchases through an app store
If a paid product or purchase is actually offered through Google Play or another store, the store’s current procedures, the actual offer and applicable law determine the refund route. Use the order history and official refund/support options for that transaction; do not send full card details to us.
Referring you to a store does not remove a developer or seller obligation imposed by law. Eligibility, processing time, fees, currency conversion and the final destination of any refund should be confirmed through the relevant transaction channel; no universal approval or fixed arrival date is promised here.
Subscriptions and cancellation
This website does not start a subscription. If a separate product later offers one, its pre-purchase information must clearly identify the seller, price, billing frequency, renewal, trial conversion and cancellation method before you agree.
Where an active store subscription exists, uninstalling the app is not the cancellation mechanism. Use the store’s subscription controls or the seller’s stated process. Stopping future renewal and refunding an earlier charge are separate questions, subject to the actual offer and applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights
Rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content or services cannot be removed merely by labeling a purchase digital, discounted, beta or non-refundable. Applicable rights can include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy depending on the law and circumstances.
Change-of-mind and withdrawal rights are not identical worldwide. Where a digital-content withdrawal exception requires specific prior consent and acknowledgment, a generic acceptance of this page does not establish that those steps occurred. Nothing here limits mandatory rights in your location.
What to include in a request
Write to support@omniacreata.com with the product, purchase channel, approximate date, problem and outcome you want. If you include a receipt or order number, hide unrelated personal information. Do not send passwords, card security codes or full identity documents.
A duplicate charge, unauthorized purchase, failed payment, product problem and cancellation can require different steps. Acknowledging your message is not automatic refund approval. Contacting us does not stop you from using the store’s support or your legal complaint options.
Status and future paid offers
Refund rights depend on the transaction and applicable law. This page does not set one refund period for every product and country.
If a paid offer becomes available, check the seller, total price, taxes, delivery, renewal and cancellation information before agreeing. A later change to this page cannot replace information you were entitled to receive before a purchase.
