Help and Feedback
Send a clear description, keep private media out unless needed, and review the email draft before sending. A legal decision, an Android permission, a local device test and optional remote sharing are separate choices. This guide explains their actual consequences.

For app help and feedback use support@omniacreata.com. For personal-data rights or a privacy concern use privacy@omniacreata.com. No purchase is required. These channels are not emergency services and this beta does not promise continuous live support or a guaranteed response time.
In-app Feedback keeps a private draft and, when direct delivery is available, sends only when you tap Send. A reference appears after server-confirmed receipt. An unconfirmed report remains available for your explicit retry. Open in mail app is a separate action; you control whether the email is sent. A saved draft or opened email is not confirmation that support received it.
A useful problem report
Describe the screen/tool, what you tried, what you expected and what actually happened. State whether the result was only a preview or a saved gallery file. App version and Android/device information can help reproduce the issue. The draft may prefill limited context that you can remove.
A synthetic or non-private example is preferable to a family photo, identification document or confidential customer image. Do not send an entire photo library, account credentials or unrelated logs. If an attachment is necessary, check people, location, filenames and embedded metadata first.
Accepting, declining and reading notices
The Terms of Use require a deliberate acceptance before the editor is available. Declining keeps you at the legal decision stage; you can review the documents, reconsider or leave. It does not authorize erasing previous work.
The privacy acknowledgment only records that the information was made available and acknowledged. It does not switch on analytics, ads or data export. Reopening a document from Settings does not change your previous choice. Material new terms are presented for a new acceptance.
What the switches do
Automatic compatibility testing concerns a local device test. Remote diagnostics, usage analytics and performance sharing are separate purposes; in this version the remote services are unavailable. An unavailable switch is not a hidden subscription or a stored permission to activate later.
A saved preference must reflect a successful save. If saving fails, follow the displayed retry instruction; do not assume a failed request took effect. Changing a reporting preference is not the same as deleting local work, revoking an Android media permission or deleting an already sent email.
Export settings and local work
A longest-edge setting is an image-size limit measured in pixels: the larger of width and height is limited while the aspect ratio is preserved where the tool supports that setting. It is not a guarantee of more detail, a file-size target or the physical size on paper. JPEG quality and PNG format have different effects on storage and appearance.
Verify a saved result in the destination before deleting the original. A local preview, an operation in progress and a completed export are different states. Clearing app storage can remove unfinished work and preferences; exported gallery copies are managed separately.
Privacy, security and follow-up
For a privacy request, explain which interaction or data you mean. We cannot remotely inspect your phone's private app storage merely because you contact us. If the issue concerns another sharing or cloud service, that provider may also need a separate request.
Report a suspected security issue privately, with enough detail to understand the affected version and behavior but without exposing another person's information. Do not post private photos or credentials publicly to demonstrate it. Receiving a report does not itself prove that a fix or deletion has been completed.
